(“Company”, “PhoneMonitor”, "PhoneMonitor.com", “The Phone Monitor”, “Phone Monitor”, “The Phonem”, "TPM", “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina under UIN: 4203049870003, located at Halilovići 16, 71000 Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. We manage the website https://phonemonitor.com ("Site"), the Phone Monitor mobile application ("App"), and any other related products and services connected to this Policy (collectively referred to as "Services").

Please note that this and our other applicable policies as well as our Terms and Conditions also apply to our PC monitoring tool for computer/laptop supervision, which is considered as belonging to “Services” as well even if the language used in these may not reflect this at all times.

USER OBLIGATIONS AND PROHIBITED ACTIONS

You agree to adhere to this Policy and all relevant laws by using our Services. You also agree not to:

Compete with us or use the Services for revenue-generating or commercial purposes, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any related software, or bypass access restrictions.

Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten our employees or agents, remove copyright or proprietary rights notices from any content, or copy or adapt the Services' software.

Upload or transmit harmful material, including viruses, Trojan horses, excessive use of capital letters, spamming, or any material that acts as an information collection mechanism.

Disparage, tarnish, or harm us or the Services in any way, or use the Services in violation of any laws or regulations.

When purchasing any of our Services, you agree not to:

Modify, copy, redistribute, publish, display, perform, or attempt to access the source code without prior written consent from IntegratingMe d.o.o.

Intercept data, or damage, reveal, or alter any user’s data or information related to others.

CONSEQUENCES OF POLICY VIOLATIONS

Violating our Policy can lead to consequences depending on the severity. Minor breaches may result in a warning, while repeated or serious breaches can lead to suspension or termination of access. If your actions pose a risk, we may involve law enforcement. We disclaim liability for actions taken in response to Policy breaches.
