We operate the website, https://phonemonitor.com (“Site”), and our app Phone Monitor (“App”), along with related products and services (collectively referred to as “Services”). This includes our PC monitoring tool.

Please note that this and our other applicable policies as well as our Terms and Conditions also apply to our PC monitoring tool for computer/laptop supervision, which is considered as belonging to “Services” as well even if the language used in these may not reflect this at all times.

We strive to maintain compatibility with the latest operating system versions, but older versions may not be fully supported. For the best performance, it is recommended to keep your device’s operating system updated.

2. DEVICE REQUIREMENTS

To use our App, your device must meet the following minimum requirements:

To use our PC monitoring tool, your device must meet the following minimum requirements:

Stable Internet connection on your device

Sufficient battery power / stable power supply

3. COMPATIBILITY/NON-COMPATIBILITY

Our App are compatible with all Android devices running Android 5.0 or newer;

Our App are not compatible with iOS, Windows Phone, BlackBerry 10, Bada, Symbian Belle, and Windows Mobile.

Our PC monitoring tool is compatible with Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP and Windows 2000. It can be used on both desktop computers and on laptops.
