The Refund Policy at Phone Monitor prioritizes customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, do not hesitate to contact refund@phonemonitor.com for assistance. We aim to resolve any issues by offering refunds or store credits, ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Purchases on the site bind you to this Refund Policy.
Please note that this and our other applicable policies as well as our Terms and Conditions also apply to our PC monitoring tool for computer/laptop supervision, which is considered as belonging to “Services” as well even if the language used in these may not reflect this at all times.
SERVICE GUARANTEE AND REFUND PROCESS
The Phone Monitor Software, App, and Services must be used only for legitimate and lawful purposes by authorized users, and any unauthorized use may violate local, state, and/or federal laws. This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Phone Monitor Plans. You are responsible for reviewing our Compatibility Policy before purchasing to ensure the Services can be used on the target phone.
However, if we are unable to provide the agreed services, we will issue a 100% refund upon request within fourteen (14) days of purchase of any plan. This satisfaction guarantee complements our legal obligations and is detailed further in our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. In rare instances where a refund is requested after the activation of services, a prorated refund may be offered based on the remaining unused period.
To request a refund, email refund@phonemonitor.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your full name, order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund. We will process your request within five (5) to ten (10) business days of receiving all necessary information. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method, typically appearing in your account within 1-7 business days based on your financial institution's policies and billing cycle.
EXCEPTIONS
Our Refund Policy does not cover certain situations, and no refunds will be issued for the following:
Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
Plans already activated, even within 14 days.
Loss of username/password leading to data loss or access issues.
Service interruption due to device upgrades without reinstallation.
Service unavailability due to lack of internet, third-party service issues, factory reset, or OS updates.
In addition to the reasons listed above, refunds will not be issued for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to the following:
Incorrect or incomplete purchase information.
Device hard-bricked due to improper use or unauthorized fixes.
Uninstallation due to factory reset (remote reinstallation requires device access for 20-30 minutes with a PC and USB).
Carrier changes affecting service functionality.
Non-compliance with installation guidelines or technical support instructions.
Inability to retrieve pre-installation data.
Use of unsupported operating systems (e.g., iOS, Windows Phone).
Attempting to use the software on multiple devices with a single-device plan.
Changing your mind, mistaken purchases, or deciding not to use the services.
Unwillingness to root Android for advanced features.
Non-compliance with compatibility requirements.
Software issues caused by antivirus or security services.
CHARGEBACK NOTICE
When you engage with our Services, you agree to abide by our service Terms and Refund Policy. Using a chargeback to seek a refund outside of these terms constitutes a violation of our agreement.
We treat chargeback disputes seriously, and any suspicious payment disputes may be reported to payment processors, authorities, and relevant agencies, supported by evidence of the dispute. Chargeback disputes are considered a breach of trust and can result in legal consequences.
We encourage our clients to reach out to us directly for assistance in resolving any service-related issues they encounter and to proactively prevent any future problems. This approach not only helps address immediate concerns but also fosters a healthier and more trusting client-business relationship.
